Education:
Spencer graduated from Randolph-Macon College, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Literature. During his time at Randolph-Macon, he also played football for the school. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA.
About Spencer Baxter:
Spencer resides in Hanover County with his wife Courtney, their two children, and two dogs. Outside of his legal practice, Spencer enjoys spending time outdoors. His hobbies include fishing, boating, camping, snowboarding, and sporting clays—activities that allow him to recharge and spend quality time with family and friends.
