About
Dan helps people with concerns about how their family will manage their estate and those who don’t want death taxes and fees to eat away their assets. Dan has helped over a thousand clients during his quarter-century of practice. He enjoys speaking to civic and professional groups as an Estate Planning expert.
Education:
At William and Mary, Dan majored in history, minored in religion, and earned a teaching certificate. Upon graduating, he taught high school social studies in Hampton before returning to William and Mary for his Juris Doctor degree.

Dan lives in Williamsburg with his wife, Ginny, and their children. His interests include playing music and volunteering with his kids’ Scouting America troops. Dan focuses his law practice on Wills, Trusts, and Probate. He enjoys helping families through the difficult transitions of life and passing.
